With 11 years of experience working in customer service roles, Briony uses her skills to work with clients to ensure they are confident with the services they are booking and understanding how the process works for each service we provide. Briony strives to provide a calming environment in our office, she understands that testing can be a stressful experience and wants to ensure that both parents and children are relaxed and comfortable throughout.
